Yukari Kamono is about to graduate when an unknown, featureless monster strikes his urban area. A woman called Anya, shrouded in secrecy, comes forth to him and discloses that he is a creator, endowed with the capability to bring substance into existence from nothing, and is the pivotal component in vanquishing the bizarre specter.
