Due to his lack of height, Taishi Odagiri has been unable to secure a girlfriend or any physical intimacy for 17 years. Frustrated and seeking to remedy the situation, he turns to Haruomi Tsukamoto, a tall and seemingly unapproachable individual, who embodies the traits that Taishi desires in himself. Unexpectedly, Haruomi proposes that Taishi become his temporary girlfriend, and Taishi agrees in the hopes of learning how to "be a man." However, during their first date, Haruomi takes Taishi by surprise with a sudden kiss.
