Due to her frequent hospitalizations since childhood, Watari Maika missed out on most of her schooling. Determined to have a fresh start in high school, she strives to fit in with her new classmates. However, her efforts are thwarted when she falls ill again shortly after starting school.
After six months, Watari returns just in time for the cultural festival. Unfortunately, none of her classmates remember her except for a tall, beautiful maid whose identity she cannot recall. Grateful to have found someone who recognizes her, Watari eagerly seeks friendship. Meanwhile, Shun Momoi, who had fallen in love with Watari at first sight, misses his chance to reveal his identity to her outside of his uniform.
