The first one, "Toubou Kyuukou," follows Natsumi, a young journalist in search of her big break. When she stumbles upon a murder scene while driving around at night, she gets more than she bargained for when she's taken hostage by a blood-covered man. Will Natsumi risk her life for a good story?
In "Shissou Toshi," Keiko wakes up in a hotel room next to a stranger with no memory of how she got there. After rushing home to her husband, she discovers him dead and becomes the prime suspect in his murder. Can Keiko prove her innocence?
Finally, "Shikeidai no 72jikan" centers on Natsuki Kiriko, who receives a mysterious invitation to a lodge and finds herself trapped with four others suspected of murdering the hostess's son years prior. If the killer doesn't confess, they all will die. Knowing she's innocent, Kiriko must find the real culprit before it's too late.
Note that "Shikeidai no 72jikan" was also published in Shinohara Chie's "Umi ni Ochiru Tsubame."
