Tsukiyoda Sadame, a high school student with dreams of world domination through his charm, cunningly uses his tactics to gain immense popularity when he starts a new school. He is thrilled to be elected as the class representative but things take a twist when Kokoro, a girl with similar desires, challenges his dreams of power and influence.
One day, Sadame follows Kokoro after school and unexpectedly meets an old man who reveals that he has been receiving "missions" on his cellphone and failure to complete them could lead to the end of the world. To his surprise, Sadame is the chosen "messiah" who must save the world, starting with an unusual mission of stealing Kokoro's underwear. As he struggles to balance his mission with maintaining his reputation, he wonders if these tasks are divinely inspired.
